SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

  • Aromatherapy: Experience the invigorating aroma by smelling directly from the bottle or elevate your surroundings with an aroma diffuser. Add 3-6 drops to aroma lamp/diffuser. Use in meditation or on your pillow at night
  • Massage: Mix 5 drops oil with 10 ml carrier oil for massage purposes

  • Bath: Mix 5 drops oil with 5ml milk or sea salt and add to your bath
