• AROMA DIFFUSER: 4-6 drops of VIVASAN rosemary oil placed in an aroma lamp/ diffuser act as a preventive remedy for fatigue, help to relieve stress, increase concentration and memory, and create a refreshing, invigorating and enlivening atmosphere. • INHALATIONS / STEAM BATH: Dissolve 2-4 drops of rosemary oil in 0.25-0.5 liters of warm water and mix with an emulsifier (milk, sour cream or salt). Helps to deal with upper respiratory tract infections, runny nose, cough, asthma, and skin diseases.
• MASSAGE: Mix about 10-20 ml of VIVASAN jojoba or avocado oil with 3-5 drops of rosemary oil and rub the mixture into the skin of the temples, neck, back, abdomen, arms, legs, as well as in the muscles and joints.
