- Aromatherapy Delight: Experience the invigorating aroma by smelling directly from the bottle or elevate your surroundings with an aroma diffuser. Add 4-7 drops to aroma lamp/diffuser. The sweet fragrance helps relieve stress, calms the nerves and brings joy and fun back to our hearts. It prepares us for the night and gives us a relaxing and healthy sleep filled with beautiful dreams.
- Yoga Companion: Infuse your yoga practice with the refreshing scent.
- Compress: Mix 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream, milk or salt with 1-2 drops of rose oil and dissolve in 0.25-0.5 liters of water at a temperature of about 38°C. This compress relaxes the skin, smoothes wrinkles, eliminates edema, removes puffiness around the eyes, even with conjunctivitis, helps with swollen capillaries. It rejuvenates and smoothes the skin, giving it a delicate shade.
- Massage: Mix about 10–20 ml of VIVASAN jojoba/avocado oil with 1 drop of rose oil and rub the mixture into the skin. Rose oil is one of the most exclusive oils for maintaining skin health, and helping with skin problems.
- Luxurious Baths: Mix 1 teaspoon of sour cream, milk or salt with 2-4 drops of rose oil and dissolve in a bath with warm (38°C) water. Such a pleasant bath is indicated for problems with the skin, genitourinary system, shingles, stress, sleep disorders. You can also take a bath as a well-deserved treat to pamper and encourage yourself. It harmonizes the senses and creates a balance of body, mind and soul.
