SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

• RINSING: Dissolve 5-10 drops of elixir in a glass of water and rinse several times a day and before going to bed.
• DRY INHALATION: Put 1 drop of the elixir on a handkerchief and inhale it before going to bed.
