SUGGESTIONS FOR USE

• AROMA DIFFUSER: 4-7 drops of VIVASAN lemon oil are sufficient for use in the aroma lamp/diffuser. It cleans, disinfects and refreshes the air in the room. The delicate, soft lemon aroma spreads an invigorating, refreshing and joyful atmosphere. It encourages any mental and practical activity, reduces the number of errors due to inattention by 10-15%. Using 2-3 drops of lemon oil in a VIVASAN car diffuser will increase the driver's alertness.
• INHALATIONS / STEAM BATH: Dissolve 2-4 drops of lemon oil in 0.25-0.5 liters of warm water. Inhalation will ease the condition in case of infections, runny nose, airway obstruction, headaches and skin problems.
• MASSAGE: Mix about 10-20 ml of jojoba or avocado oil with 2-4 drops of lemon oil and rub into the skin on the temples, neck, muscles and joints. Massage with VIVASAN lemon oil smoothes the skin, has an anti-inflammatory effect, activates processes in both normal and impure, oily, tired or sluggish skin (in smokers, in case of acne, rosacea, cellulite, dandruff and psoriasis, as well as colds). • CLEANING THE PREMISES: Mix 4-8 drops of VIVASAN lemon oil with liquid detergent or drop 2-3 drops into a vacuum cleaner bag. You will provide disinfection of the indoor air and give it fresh, invigorating aromatic notes that help to improve the mood.
