• MASSAGE: Mix 10-20 ml of VIVASAN jojoba/avocado oil with 1 drop of VIVASAN jasmine oil for a soothing massage blend. Relieve spasms, reduce stress, and create a calming harmony.

• SLEEP: Use on your pillow at night
• COMPRESS: Blend ½ teaspoon of sour cream, milk, or salt with 1 drop of VIVASAN jasmine oil. Dissolve in 0.25–0.5 liters of 38°C water. This softens and soothes problematic skin, providing a sensory experience that relieves fears and induces euphoria.
• BATH: Mix 1 teaspoon of sour cream, milk, or salt with 1–2 drops of VIVASAN jasmine oil. Dissolve in a warm (38°C) bath for a skin-friendly, calming experience that improves hormonal balance. Ideal for alleviating tension, depression, and PMS-related discomforts.
• May be used by itself or mixed together with: geranium, orange, neroli, rose, rosewood.
• Store at room temperature (15–25°C).
