Forever Young capsules contain evening primrose oil, a rich source of γ-linolenic acid, an unsaturated fatty acid essential for human nutrition. Natural vitamin E is also included, providing protection for cells against oxidative stress.

This essential fatty acid is needed for a strong immune system and must be obtained through diet or supplementation, as the body cannot produce it on its own.
