Recommended daily dosage: 
Take 1 tablespoon 2 times daily (1 tbsp. = 15 ml) before the meals. Refrigerate (max. +5°C) in upright position after opening and consume within 2 weeks. Do not drink directly from the bottle as it will cause contamination. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Store out of reach of small children. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy nutrition.
