Recommended daily dosage: 
Take 2 tablespoons 3 times daily (1 tbsp. = 15 ml) before the meals. Refrigerate (max. +5°C) in upright position after opening and consume within 2 weeks. Do not drink directly from the bottle as it will cause contamination. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Store out of reach of small children.
